General questions about destinations or planning
Our assistant answers questions about destinations, vehicles and how booking works, using live data from the platform. It is the quickest way to get an answer at any hour.
For anything else — a complaint about an agent, a press or partnership enquiry, or a question about your data — email contact@mygetawaybuddy.com. Include your booking reference (it looks like MGB-00123 and is shown on every trip) if your message is about a specific trip.
We aim to reply within two working days. Complaints about an agent’s conduct are reviewed by a person, not automated.
